Our six private equity funds have a global mandate to provide equity capital to energy companies that feature outstanding management teams, strong business fundamentals and the potential for substantial value growth. Our core focus is Canada, but we are actively expanding our international activities. We will invest in both public or private companies.

For Fund 6, we are targeting investment sizes of $25 million to $75+ million. We will invest smaller amounts in an initial financing if there is clear visibility to an aggregate investment in this target range. We also have access to significantly larger amounts of capital through the co-investment programs of our investor partners and our relationships with other large institutional investors and private equity firms.

Our capital comes from some of the most respected institutional investors in private equity.  Our investors include an experienced and committed group of endowments, pension funds and private foundations primarily from Canada and the United States.  The ARC Energy Funds require a minimum investor commitment of $5.0 million.
