Tanya Causgrove,  Chief Financial Officer. Tanya is responsible for ARC’s finance and administration activities. She leads a team which provides support to ARC on finance, accounting, tax, human resources, regulatory and administrative matters. Tanya advises on deal structuring and analysis and assists investors and portfolio companies on a range of financial, reporting and fund-related issues.  Tanya joined ARC in 1997 after spending five years with a major accounting firm.

Carrie Scott,  Projects Manager.  Carrie focuses on reporting and project management for the finance and administration group. Carrie’s experience at ARC also includes four years in the Oilfield Service area where her responsibilities included: sector analysis and financial modeling.  Carrie joined ARC in 1999 after spending two years with one of Canada’s largest banks in the areas of Research and Investment Banking.

• Education includes an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a B.Comm in Finance and Accounting from McGill University.

Christopher Wong, Senior Financial Accountant.  Chris is responsible for corporate reporting and financial accounting.  Chris' focus is on ARC's internal reporting, budgeting and tax compliance for the ARC corporate entities, as well as assisting with reporting and administration for the ARC Energy Funds. Chris joined ARC in 2007 after eight years of accounting experience across a variety of firms, including a major Canadian stock exchange.

• Prior to joining ARC, worked as a Senior Financial Accountant for a major oil sands company and as a Listings Manager for a Canadian stock exchange.  Prior to that, worked as a senior audit professional for an international public accounting firm.
• Education includes a B.Comm in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Calgary.
• Level II candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.

Winnie Arnold, Senior Financial Accountant.  Winnie is responsible for financial reporting, US and Canadian tax compliance for the ARC Energy Funds and analysis and reporting of ARC's portfolio information.  Winnie joined ARC in 2007 after seven years with a major accounting firm.
