Lauchlan Currie, President and Director.  Lauchlan has senior responsibility for ARC's investment activities in the Oil and Gas area, where he leads a team responsible for managing existing fund investments and identifying and developing new investment opportunities.  He also plays a key role in the investment decision-making process for ARC's other areas of energy investment.  A geologist by background, Lauchlan joined ARC in 1995 and has over two decades of investment experience in the Canadian Oil and Gas industry.

Bill Slavin,  Managing Director. Bill plays a key role overseeing and actively driving ARC’s investment activities in the Canadian and international Exploration and Production area.  His responsibilities include deal origination, structuring, monitoring and exit.  Bill joined ARC in 1993 following a seven year career with two of Canada’s largest energy companies.

Paul Beitel, Senior Vice-President.  Paul's principal focus is the Canadian Exploration and Production business where his responsibilities involve the origination, structuring and execution of new investment opportunities, as well as the monitoring and exit of existing investments.  Paul brings extensive industry experience to ARC with particular expertise in exploitation and reservoir engineering.  He works closely with ARC's portfolio companies as an advisor on corporate strategy, risk management, strategy execution and financial matters.  Paul joined ARC in 1998 after 10 years with a senior Canadian E&P company.

Rob Cook,  Senior Vice-President. Rob is focused on the international and Canadian Exploration and Production business.  His responsibilities include deal origination, structuring and execution, portfolio monitoring and exit.  Rob is a reservoir engineer by background and has 21 years of industry experience, much of it overseas.  Rob joined ARC in 2000 after spending 12 years with a multi-national energy company.

Andy Evans, Senior Vice-President. Andy is focused on the international and Canadian Exploration and Production business.  His responsibilities include deal origination, structuring and execution, portfolio monitoring and exit.  Andy has 14 years of operating company experience in the Oil and Gas business including domestic and international assignments in exploration and development geology and management roles in international exploration and new ventures.

Duane K. Schellenberg, Vice-President. Duane provides senior analytical support to ARC’s investing activities in the Exploration and Production area, with a principal focus on international opportunities. Duane's responsibilities include sector analysis, deal evaluation, structuring and execution, and the monitoring of portfolio companies. Duane joined ARC in 2007 and has seven years of capital markets and mergers and acquisitions experience in the energy sector.

Douglas joined ARC in 1998 and has over two decades of industry experience in engineering and investment roles in the oilfield services industry.
