ARC encourages its employees to actively support the community both financially and through their involvement with numerous charitable organizations. Many ARC employees serve on the boards or committees of various Alberta-based charities.

United Way Clear FINAL

United Way

For over 15 years, ARC employees have been deeply involved in supporting United Way through financial contributions and participation on many boards and subcommittees of the charity. United Way drives social change in three focus areas: poverty, kids and communities, to support the sustainable, long-term success of our city.

University of Calgary

ARC is one of the founding donors of the Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership in Business (CCAL). CCAL provides leadership education for undergraduate and graduate students at the Haskayne School of Business.

For over 20 years, ARC has been a supporter of YMCA Calgary programs for children and youth in the community. YMCA provides individuals and families with financial assistance to participate in programs that enable lifelong healthy living and support their social and emotional well-being.

ARC has been a supporter of Impact Society since 2006. Impact Society is based in Calgary and has worked with over 150,000 youth to increase their self-esteem through a number of programs.

O'Brien Institute

ARC supports the O'Brien Institute for Public Health at the University of Calgary. The Institute's goal is to ensure that health research knowledge is translated into new models of care and changes to health policy, for the benefit of people across the country.
