Brian leads ARC Financial Corp. and is responsible for the strategy and performance of the ARC Energy Funds. He chairs ARC's Investment Committee and oversees ARC's relationships with its investors and portfolio companies.
Brian joined ARC in 1997 and became CEO in 2019. Throughout that time, he has served as a board member and advisor to management teams across the portfolio. He is currently the Chair of the Board of Sirius Instrumentation and Controls Inc. and a director of Convergent Oil Corp.
Brian holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, is a CFA charterholder, and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
