Michael leads capital formation at ARC Financial Corp., with overall responsibility for fundraising strategy, engagement with existing and prospective investors, co-investment opportunities, and the positioning of ARC’s investment offerings. Working closely with the senior partners and ARC’s investment, research, and finance teams, Michael brings these activities together and maintains momentum from initial investor engagement through diligence and closing.
Michael joined ARC in 2026 with prior experience in Canada and the UK as placement agent and investment banking at a Canadian Bank. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Victoria.
